We are back with our Burlesque Performance Series! Join Tina for 8 weeks and perform in the June 27th outdoor show at Red Bird! You will have class Tuesday nights from 6:45 - 8pm from April 29 - June 24, with the exception of May 20. We will take that week off.

Burlesque is the art of the striptease and a different flavour of art than traditional heels dance. This session is geared to push dancers into the world of Burlesque a little more abruptly than our previous sessions. This group will be moving quickly through choreographed pieces to spend more time on learning the art of reveals, costuming, and stage presence. 

The main goal of this session is to work together on a group performance where we can showcase our new skills in an exciting way, on stage with the rest of the Femme Fatale Burlesque crew. Unlike our usual heels programs this show will have you performing alongside professional Burlesque artists (from all over North America) So we need to ensure the level of performer matches the rest of the show. With that in mind, all level of dancer is welcome to join, but there is an expectation of extravagant costumes and extra effort put into costumes and rehearsing choreography. With this comes an extra cost for the costumes. Part of the session will be geared towards costuming.

After this session there will be an opportunity for dancers to work on a solo piece with Tina and perform at the end of the Summer if they would like to continue their Burlesque Journey.
